"U: key needs access pressure

I just got the blackberry curve 8310 and when im txting the button will press but it will not type unless you press and little harder than you press any of the other buttons. I was wondering if there was something I could do to fix this problem it really bugs me.

Also can you lock your memo pad?

Cannot lock memo pad only.

If only one of the keyboard buttons is sticking and you just got this phone, I would take it back and get a new one. It's probably a manufacturing problem with that specific phone.
