Profile disabled

I have a Bold 9000. Up until a few days ago, all my profiles were triggering properly, including some that I created. Now, one of them isn't working correctly. I've got it set to vibrate and ring when the device is holstered, but it only vibrates. I've rebooted. I've deleted and re-created the profile exactly as it was before, but still the same problem.

Update: it appears the problem is not with the individual profile but rather with the setting of vibrate/Tone. I have the same problem if I set the ringer to vibrate and tone while holstered, but with any of the multiple profiles that I have.

Any suggestions?

I have it set to low, which in the Bold is high; and it works fine when I do the test run from within the profile/edit program. And I've sent myself multiple test messages from another phone etc., with my device in hand, and it vibrates only. The settings volume and all are exactly as the were in the past when it worked.

Well, it turned out to be the OS. I had installed 4.6.0.519/4.6.0.304 (AT&T Official) and I eventually had this problem. Yesterday I upgraded to 4.6.0.524/4.6.0.307 and this and other problems went away.

Well, not the OS, as I've once again experienced the problem. VERY strange. Rings fine if out of the holster, and vibrates fine in the holster, but won't do tone/ring while in holster. Also, it only vibrates once even though I've got it set to do so twice.

Are you using third party ringtones or the default tones. If third party, I have had issues with phones where these items corrupted the profiles. It didnt happen immediately but soon after

ok, could be it. How do I reset it? Simply select standard ringtowns? The odd thing is that the ring tone by itself, with no vibration, works fine when in holster, but if I combine tone/vibration, then just vibration works.
