Eventual boot at Blackberry 8100

Gentlemen,

My blackberry 8100 is presenting two different problems:
1) Sometimes it boots at to do or address book applications.
2) The media player is not find all music that I have in my memory card

The operational system is 4.5.0.55.

Please, what should I do?

The OS may be corrupted. do a search for the method to wipe and replace the Os on this site using JL_cmdr. Remember to backup the BB first
