As stated in another post I just got a company 7290 (T-mo) berry running on BES.
The unit was provisioned, set up for mail and tested, etc. in our NYC office. I've been traveling (currently in Toronto) and the unit was Fedex'd to me at the office up here.
Currently, in the phone app where it should show my phone number is says:
My Number: Unknown.
Phone part works fine, I can make calls and receive calls and the correct phone number does show on caller id of people I call.
How do I get it to show my number instead of 'Unknown'?
I assume it will not correct itself when I get back to a T-Mo area - I'm currently in a Rogers Wireless service area....
