Can't Delete Message

For some reason, I am able to delete all my emails except this one message that has deleted on gmail but will not leave my blackberry.

Do you mean all the messages that you deleted on Gmail from your desktop were deleted excepted the one that you are mentioning?

Sorry for the confusion. I have one specific message on my blackberry that I pressed the option to delete. It deleted it off the Gmail server but it will not delete from the blackberry. All my other messages have no problem deleting.

Did you try resetting the device by popping the battery out and then in?

Didnt try that cause it's so hard to get the case off but I'll give it a shot. I did try turning it of and back on tho.

alt + left shift + del will give you a reboot...sometimes you need to do it twice to get it to reboot.

I don't think it works on the Storm. I didn't realize you were using a Storm.

Do a hard reset by removing and then putting it back.
