How do I wipe the phone book and calendar clean?

I want to give my old 8830 to someone, but do not want to give that person my contacts or calendar. How do I wipe it clean? Thanks.

Should I pull the SIM card?

I erased the password keeper.

What else should I consider?

Menu>options>security>General Settings>Menu>Wipe Handheld (Type in blackberry to verify) All data will be gone so be sure you have backed up or gotten ALL data off the device that you need.
