How do I get Desktop Manager v5.0.1.28 to stop loading upon computer startup?

I seem to recall that at some point with previous desktop manager software I set the DM to open when my computer is started. This v5.0.1.28 takes so long to open that I would prefer to have it open when I tell it to, after other computer apps are running.

Is that possible? I cannot find any way to control when the DM opens now.

I have a Tour w/Verizon if that makes any difference.

Find your "StartUp" folder on the PC and delete the DM icon.
