Blackberry Curve 8520 Email Setup Problems

I press the menu button then setup, then setup wizard, then email setup, then i get



Select an email setup option.



and the only one i have is



'I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server'



Shouldn't there be another option?

not sure if this affects the difference between other country phones but im from england and im using pay as you go

Who provides your cell service? Do they support the BB? If so you must have a BB data plan.

If not, you have a nice paperweight.

carrier = network = orange, O2 etc.
Orange are the only carrier to offer Blackberry data plans on PAYG.
If you are on PAYG with any other network, you dont have a Blackberry data plan/bolt-on/booster and cannot setup email.

Then you need to add the blackberry data plan.
If you dont know how to do this, call Orange and ask for technical support.

Once you add the BlackBerry data plan to your account you'll get the option to set up personal email.
