Need a client/ Server Database software for BB for "FREE"

Is there any Client / Server database software available for free. We want to have a centralized server with database and want to access that database from the BB devices.

No, you will need to pay for something like that.

I hate to break out with the code-it-yourself mantra, but Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP are all free. LAMP stacks are for exactly this sort of thing, a user interface to a database, generally speaking.
