Wireless Synchronization vs USB cable synchronization

hi, i have succesfully synchronize my Blackberry using wireless synchronization in our BES. But when i plug it to my laptop using USB cable it synchronizes with my Desktop Manager. Then i try sending emails i noticed it cannot send mails. Please advice. :-(

You can easily break the BES connection if you did not install Desktop Manager correctly.
Did you install Desktop Manager using the Redirector option? This is a common mistake for BES users.

You can also break the BES connection if you install DM with the BES option on, say, your home PC which doesn't have access to the BES (install with the BIS/internet option instead).

Not sure about laptops that are in and out of office networks though.
