I have a Blackberry Pearl with over 1900 Contacts.

I am looking for a PC Based Desktop Address Manager that will allow me to import contacts onto the PC Desktop Address Manager.

Create Groups in the Manager and then sync the information with the created groups to my Blackberry.

Does such a program or application exist that can do what I need?

With that many contacts I would use Outlook. the BB does have the ability to create groups but using an external program is easier. Keep in mind what ever App you use it must be compatible with the DM sync.

The following organizers are supported for use with Intellisync: in DM 4.7
• IBM Lotus Notes 6, 6.5, 7, 8
• Microsoft Outlook 2002, 2003, 2007
• Microsoft Outlook Express 6, Microsoft Windows Contacts (Vista Address Book)
• Novell GroupWise 6.5, 7
• Yahoo!®
