I installed a CK3100 in my "06" Chevy Avalanche today using a Cellsite GMC SS-2 harness and a PARROT-1 Adapter. My findings:

System works GREAT!
Onstar still works GREAT
Install was fairly easy!
Cables were all plug and play. Cost for Parrot CK3100, and Harnesses ran about $215. Great investment.
Using IPAQ 5555 with Bluetooth to transfer Contacts to the Parrot.

NO ECHO PROBLEMS

Radio mutes when phone rings or you call out and comes back as soon as you hang up.

Regards,

Dan

Dude this looks like a sweet product. Where did you buy it? You said it allows you to do voice dialing on a 7520? Do tell!!!

Radio is the standard for my Avalanche.

AM FM CD

2 Sites listed below:

Parts are as listed:
CK3100 Parrot (Hands free car kit)
GMCSS-2 (Surround Sound T harness for ONSTAR Applications)
Parrot 1 (Cell adapter for Harness to Parrot Harness)

1st site is the maker of the harness
2nd site is the comapny that sold me everything.

It took 4 weeks of internet searches and phone calls to find something that enables you to hook up car kits but leaves the ONSTAR totally working. I am extremely happy with how this works.

Good luck to all!

Happy Holidays

I wonder how hard it would be to hook the parrot up to an aftermarket CD player in my mountaineer....any pictures of whats included in the kit before you installed it?

Let me work on scanning some of the stuff from the instructions and I will try to get posted tonight.
