Error 507/561

I cannot reload the software on my bb 8220 on the app loader after erasing, loading JVM, waiting inatializing device, reading app configuration, loading system files at this time it says app loader can't connect with the device, verify the pc is connected to the pc and retry.
I try everything, wipe the phone with jl_cmder, factory reset...... Can anyone help me solve this problem???

Why were you trying to reload the OS? Unless you have a hardware issue the BB should work with JL_cmdr. Be sure to follow instructions. Also make sure the USB port is direct not on a hub.
