I was gallivanting threw BlackBerry.com and came across
"BlackBerry Theme Studio". Has anyone DL it and if so what do you think about it?

It's a free tool for developing Themes. Not a point and click theme generator but for those who want to play it works. Some people have had issues with the programming.
Go for it.
