False message count?

Hi Guys,

I have suddenly developed on my Bold 9000 a false count showing emails not opened!!! Does anyone know how to correct this?
Presently it shows I have 34 unopened emails when I have none.

Assistance would be appreciated.

With the device turned on, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, and place the battery back in the device.

Also, check your saved messages.

i get this same issue on my storm i check all folders and nothing. do a battery pull still there go to inbox on the pc empty. finally have to delete the account and re add it only does it on my imap gmail account

Strange but true - we should call them "blackberry moments" ....
I did find the answer (being saved messages) but this seems to be a different issue altogether???
