Creating folders?

Can we create folders on the main menu so that we could organize the apps any way we want? I like some themes but the way all the apps appear on the main screen make it all look cluttered. Thanks.

I believe the theme you use controls whether or not you have the Applications Folder and, whether you have it or not, you cannot create folders.
