907 invalid COD

Hi,
i deleted blackberry messenger this morning and now am trying to get it back on my phone. I went to the BB web site, got the email sent to me to download and when i try to access the link from my phone 'denied' shows on my screen.

I then try to download the Apps world application in hopes to get the application that way. I go to the BB website, stick in my email address. I open the email on my phone, open the link and then get a blank screen.

I try getting on to the BB website through my phone, i get as far as downloading the app world but it errors and says error 907 invalid COD.

No idea what this means or what else to try. Help please :(
I tried to contact my provider but they are useless. They refered me to my manual.

Try running the Desktop Manager Software to update your OS. Make sure you have the box for BBM checked for install. Usually it's unchecked by default.
