I used the JL to wipe the OS (I think) and now the screen has "Reload Software 507". I followed the instruction of "How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder?" but the device did not connect to the DM, the DM could not identify the device. How can I do? When I connected my BB, the red light appeared for only a few second then went out, it made me believe it did not connect to the DM. I really need someone can help me on this issue to make my BB to work again. Much appreciated!
