In my car from factory I have 3.5mm and on my phone I have 2.5mm, i have recently bought the cable & adapter and it only plays on one side of the car. i have checked the cable if they were tight and also checked on my radio if the balance was even and it was fine. Can anyone tell me if the 8830WE will work for what i want? Is there only a certain type of cable needed? i want to use it but I'm stuck like chuck!!!
