Peculiar problem

A user of a Blackberry in the company I work for says that at the end of each day certain email and text messages are deleted automatically from his device.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

It's a 7230 and it's on a server

BlackBerries only have a limited amount of space for message storage. Once the space is filled, the oldest messages are automatically removed to free up space for new data. Even if there is enough space, the BlackBerry will automatically delete messages based on a set time frame.

Check Messages > Options > General Options> Keep Messages
