How do I change my CAL License?

I just received a new CAL license number from Blackberry. How can I change this? Where do I change it? I really don't want to re-install the software again.

I received a new license key. I need to change it and really didn't want to install the software again. Any ideas??? This key opens the software for Enterprise Edition. We are currently using Small Business Edition.

You've got a Small Business with how many licences?
Are you trying to upgrade it to a Full BES?

Or did you order more CAL's for your current BES?

Normally you should just be able to add them and "nothing" happens.

I have a new CAL number to replace the old one with. I don't see how I can add it when looking at the Manager software.

Are you replacing the SRP #? That is different from a CAL. What are you actually doing?

I would like to replace the CAL. I just don't see how I can without reinstalling the software.

You don't replace CAL's. You add additional CAL's to your BES as you add additional devices.

How many licenses have you got on your server now? 5...10....??
Can you just tell the steps your taking to add these CALS?
