View Full Version : MY Email stopped coming through HELP!

This has happened to me before on my curve and I just "sent service books" and it came back to working. How do I do it on the Tour? I can find anywhere that says "send service books" or is there something else I need to do?

By the way, I did what the FAQ's page said to do and that didn't work. Then I went to the BES or BIS site, whichever it is and I put my PIN and MEID in and it said that I couldn't do anything via the website but had to do it via my handheld device. HELP!

Have you tried a battery pull?

Are you using BIS or BES?

go to options, advanced options, host routing table, then press menu and register now. that should fix the issue. if that does not work go to your setting folder and select email settings and make sure you dont just need to validate your email..
