You will have to look at creating a new time zone with tzedit on win 2k or BES will be off an hour.

Been there done that on my BES.

thank you for replying so quickly. Just to verify that I understood correctly.
I would run tzedit.exe and edit EST to say Start Date of Second Sunday March instead of First Sunday of April
That is unlike what you reply states I wouldn't actually create new time zone just edit EST to fit the current DST
dates?

When I did it, I wanted a backup incase of mucking it up, So I created a new one.

You can follow this.

I as well am having this issue. However when I ran the timezone edit patch all the settings were already correct. This is effecting all users on my BES and to make matters worse no one is able to accept meeting requests on the BB. Replies come up on the blackberry with a red x after accepting.

BES 4.1.6.9 running on Windows 2003
Exchange 2003
cdo.dll version 6.5.7638.2 same as Exchange

Any other ideas?

pgb205 -> Is the CDO version on your BES the same as on the Exchange server? Also, do a search on cdo.dll on your BES server. One of RIM's recommendations when we went through this initially a couple of years ago was to make sure there weren't any copies outside of the Exchsvr directory that may have been old.
