Installed BES 5.0 - No messages in subfolders

I just installed BES 5.0 and all of my users are complaining that they can not see any messages older than the date of activation nor can they see any messages in their sub-folders.

I have verified that folder redirect is set and increased the default messages allowed to 750 and the number of days to 14. I have also manually selected ever folder for each use on the BES.

Anyone else ran into this or am I alone on this one?
