Try the GPS Refresh scan again. Be outside in an area with NO tall building blocking you. Try it several times in a row.

OK. I will also suggest that you have a good clear view of a southerly facing sky.

Do you have a data plan?

You need to be outside with a clear view of the sky, no obstructions or tall buildings. If you have data, then use Google Maps to locate you since it uses cell tower data to give you your position within 1700 to 2500 meters.

Make sure location services is set to "ON". It can take 20 minutes or more to lock onto the satellites. The device first has to download the satellite ephemeris tables so it knows which ones to look for and where, based on your approximate position. So using GoogleMaps to locate you initially will speed up the process.
