Hello,
I have read many posts similar to my problem and I have not found a fix yet.

Since DST in March 2010, Creating a calendar appt. on the device(Say 1:00) is 1hr. off in Outlook(shows up as 2:00) and then the device synchs with Outlook and the device will now show the appt. at 2:00.

Our BES version is 4.1.7 MR1 Rollup on Windows 2003 Server Standard 32-bit.

Our Exchange version is 2007(No cdo file) on Windows 2008 64-bit.

Our BB Handhelds are 8830.

Our carrier is Verizon.

Our time zone is PST in U.S.

DST patches have been installed on all servers & workstations.

Is there a DST patch I need to install on the device? I went to Verizon's website and get a blank page when entering model 8830. The devices all have the correct time zone selected. The BES server time is synched with our DC. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
BESRook

check out blackberry website-support and services- (March 2010-KB20676) download the patch on BES server and Exchange server.
If this does not work , install the latest version of cdo.dll on the BES server and the Exchange server. These patches are all Microsoft patches. You will be directed to Microsoft website.

Good luck

Ok, I copied the CDO.dll file from the Exchange server to the Bes and replaced the older version. That did the trick.

Thanks for your help!
