Only new emails are reconciled

I am not getting any existing email from my Inbox in exchange (with BES), only new messages that have arrived after the enterprize activation.

Anybody know how to get the past 100 or 30-days, sent to the BB?

There are settings the BES admin can change to help with that...Normally the default when you setup a new user is messages in the last 3 days will be received and only download headers...you cna change that.

if it is only one or two emails, you can go back into outlook and email them to yourself again...think to also keep in mind is that since the emails are sent through the BES when it hits the exchange server, if something has been received long ago and it is only a couple of emails that you are looking forward, maybe eaiser to resend them to yourself rather then having the admin change around the IT policy.
