my bb turns on and then the screen turns black!

hey! i´ve got a real issue here.. my blackberry was first working perfectly.. then after i turned it off and turned it on again on the next day it happened that the bb from that moment turns on perfectly but as it reaches the home screen the screen turns black and there´s no respond to any keyboard key..

strangely it happens that if i connect the cellphone to the charger the clock appears in the screen, but again it turns black later.

Have you tried a battery pull yet? With power on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds. If you haven't, do it and see what happens.

Will it respond to other keys like side convenience keys or lock/mute keys on the top?

Try the battery pull. If that doesn't do it, you may be in trouble.
