My Blackberry booster?

I got it for £5 yesterday off of T-Mobile does this mean unlimited email and blackberry messenger?

Blackberry booster gives you the ability to use blackberry features.
You will still need the unlimited internet booster(or included in your plan) to surf the internet.
Also, last I read it was a 50MB fair use on the blackberry booster (its 50MB of email only) and the unlimited internet of 1GB fair use (which acounts for ALL other data; internet browsing, data use by applications etc)
