Restoring A Back Up-Only Addresses-Need Instructions, Please

Missing some addresses from a restore from a back up. I want to use another back up file, but only want to restore address book. Can that be done and if so I need instructions. Appreciated, thanks.

It can be done.
GO to Backup/Restore on Desktop Manager.
Open the backup that you want to restore the address database from.
Select the address book database and restore it to the device.
