Hi all,

I've just purchased a new LCD for my Bold having foolishy broken mine trying to change the lens :oops:

The item I purchased was described as "Original, genuine and Brand New"

Well, it's certainly not new, which i don't expect Blackberry to do anything about.... but, i also believe that the LCD isn't genuine.

I'm trying to get an email address to contact Blackberry UK so i can send it to them for inspection, i have a postal address, but no email address... grrrrrr.

I don't suppose anyone is able to assist?

I've uploaded some pictures to Flickr, but can't link as i haven't made 10 posts yet.

Where did you buy this? I would go back to them if you have problems. I would look at some of the sponsors for this site and see if you determine if your looks like one they sell.
I doubt RIM will inspect the parts.
