Duplicate email when responding from computer

My BB has a work account set up IMAP

When my computer is on - and I reply to an email in my Outlook inbox a duplicate email shows up on my BB (the same email I just replied to - NOT my reply)

Why is this? Is there a 'fix' to this?

The BES copies the send email to the BB. Are you saying the email you see is not your email just sent?

Not BES - on BIS

Email will arrive instant on my BB and Computer (outlook).

If I reply to the email from my BB - everything works normal

If I reply to the email from my computer - I get the SAME email again on my BB (the original received message) - so I get duplicate emails. I can respond to an email 3 times - and have 3 of the same email on my BB...
