543 Error image

I downloaded the 4.0 Desktop manager software, its service pack, and my 7290's handheld software.

Now, I have some permanent error picture on my screen.
It's an image of something crossed out, with a 543 underneath it.

Help.

Try reloading the handheld software again. Might have to use JavaLoader to completely erase the BB first. Hope you backed up before you attempted your upgrade.

Install using JavaLoader? What is that? I'm not worried about backing up, because it's a new device to me as of Christmas - nothing important of mine is on it yet.
