Won't sync...

Hello all,

So I recently switched from one windows 7 pc that allowed me to sync my blackberry fine to another windows 7 pc that won't allow me to sync.

I installed the software as I did on the other PC... When I try to sync it looks like it is about to start (the desktop manager changes greys out and the synchronization progress box pops up) then the sync progress box goes away almost immediately and everything goes back to normal. For that tiny bit of time I see "Connected to Desktop" on my blackberry. I get no error, just this.

I've tried re-installing. I've tried renaming my Intellisync folder. Got any other ideas for me?

Sorry, I should state - I'm syncing with Outlook...

Are you connected direct to the computer or through a hub? If through a hub, try a direct connection.

Directly to the computer via usb.

I notice in the PtTrace.log in my intellisync folder the following:

Tue May 25 13:39:20 2010: Error 0x83110005.-2096037883.0 at .\syncconfigmanager.cpp line 1137
Tue May 25 13:39:21 2010: Error Failed to load CXLServer1.dll from the product directory..4005 at .\callback.cpp line 3610

Which is a little over my head... anyone have any ideas?

I have the same PtTrace.log error but different warning.

I came here and found from your post to look into this log and therefore the above paste.

Eroor I have been trying to solve as a 1st time BB user (9700) Windows 7, Outlook 2007, USB cable, DM 5.0.1.37 & BIS is how to sync my Outlook Contacts, Calander & Tasks.
I get error message "No Available Message Stores"

I have looked and cannot rename MAPI file before running fixmapi.exe
Unistalled and reinstalled Outlook 2007 & DM.

Any pointers?
