System update problem! Help asap!

Yesterday, I got a system update on my blackberry tour 9630 for the new version of 5.0. I did it, at first everything was working fine, then later on the next morning the overall backup progress was 100% and it said the current database: messages was 100% but the elapsed time was stuck and my phone was stuck and nothing happened. I took out the battery, the phone started to do the progress all over again and now I have the same problem. Please help, I don't know what to do now.

where did you get the update from?

Sprint did push an OTA update for .624 when it was first released.
By then I had already updated to .643, so I wasn't interested, but I can remember quite a few folks saying that they too had received the OTA notice as on on the forums.
