Everything Is Deleted....wtf!!!!

Oh my freakin' gosh I am going to cry!

So..I plugged in the usb port to my phone for the first time and I was trying to do an update on the AIM since it said it was available

So I did that..and it was taking a really long time...

So I canceled it and it said that it was successful...

When my phone was done rebooting..all my information was gone.
No contacts..no pictures..no music

Even the starting Wizard came up and I have no reception at all.

WTF :( CAN ANYONE HELP..PLEASE

Omg somehow..like an hour later..everrrrything came back.
