According to YouTube, it's a 9000. It doesn't accept 2 sim cards, what the video is showing you is an adapter that allows you to put 2 sim cards into 1 sim card slot. There is even a link in the description that you can go to for more information.

As far as I know, there is no BlackBerry that will accept 2 sim cards at the same time. I could be wrong though and I am sure someone on here will correct me if I am wrong.

Probably a cheap-o chinese knockoff. Won't work on the BlackBerry infrastructure so no BBM, no BB email, etc. It's just a ripoff of the BlackBerry design.
