I have a weird problem at one of my customers.
The setup is as follows:
2 BES servers setup in HA
2 BAS servers setup in HA
2 BES Routers setup in HA (DMZ)
1 BMS/MDS/Web Desktop server
The servers are functional and the HA works as expected.
When looking at the component view of the server topology in the admin module, all servers show up fine.
But when I look at the server configuration in the Monitoring Service, only one of the BAS servers show up (and shows as non-snmp). I have synchronized the Administration Service HA settings on all servers and restarted the entire cluster, but to no avail.
Does anyone know how/where the BMS locates the various server components, or does anyone know of a solution to this problem.
