Devicw Manager Error

I am getting a Error Code 0x0040fb3 when I try to sync my Blackberry through the DM with Outlook. I have restarted the computer, device, etc. and still get the error. Any suggestions??

I think the info TXLady gave you is right. In addition, you may want to enable advanced logging of the device manager to find out which specific entries are causing the issues:
