Building BB Apps for Enterprise

Does anyone build enterprise grade applications on the BlackBerry?

Don't know what you mean by enterprise grade applications, but I write apps that extend corporate IT facilites through the BES. I use the JDE. I've tinkered with Eclipse but the JDE gives me everything I need.
