Record chat conversations

My staff people are having Curve 8520 .I want to keep record of their conversations secretly. If i switch on the chat history the staff people will come to know because the Chat Shows " view recent messages". Please tell me is there any way to view their conversation even if they end the Chat.

I've also moved it to the BES Admin corner, where anyone who may be able to help can chime in (as this sounds like an enterprise/company type of question).

Sounds like you just need to disable chat. Problem solved!
