I have a user (after a recent update to the latest DM) now get the following message when they try to sync their phone with their Outlook Calendar from the DM:
"Your BlackBerry Application Loader software needs to be updated before you can continue. However, you do not have sufficient administrative privileges. Please run BlackBerry Desktop Manager with administrative privileges."
What is this exactly trying to update? The DM or applications/software on this user's phone? All users that I support do not have local admin privileges at their computers that is by policy, so giving them admin privileges is not an option.
This message did not come up before the update. Is there a way just to turn this feature off all together?
Thanks.
