Ok here it is ...
This problem started a few weeks ago. At first it only happened once and resolved itself after a few minutes so I forgot about it! But now it happens every few hours and each time I have to reboot my BES server and my exchange services.
Our setup
Exchange 2003 latest update.
BES 5.0.1
Universal Server
PGP for blackberry
Sometime without any apparent reason , instead of receiving email from regular email address like user@<hidden> my users receive email from :
"EX:/O=DOMAINNAME/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=USERNAME"
Actually on the blackberry to see this address you need to click on the sender and do show address.
But beacause of that the blackberry don't find the email in the address book, and worst my users can't send email because the Universal server can't find those address in is directory.
I don't see any errors in my logs.
