AT&T coverage in east San Jose

I have to say, right here in silicon valley, their coverage of eastern San Jose basically sucks. There are large residential areas with no service. WTF?

There's a known problem in the area. Especially in the area surrounding the Senter Costco area. I have spoken to a rep around here and his explanation was that "the signal is not strong enough to penetrate walls because that area happens to be at the edge of two or three towers." They know that there is a problem area and is quite embarrassing because there's a kiosk INSIDE that Costco that sells ATT services...and even the reps lose all service when inside helping the sales people in selling services.
