9700, AT&T, BES

Email sent from PC does not show up on BB.

Outlook folders other than inbox sometimes got out of sync with BB.

How should I troubleshoot?

Your BES support should be in involved but you might try an enterprise activation. It may re-sync with the server.

Check with your IT Dept/BES Admin, might be anything from Hiding sent items on the BB to Reconcilation turned off, to OTA Sync disabled/Broke.

Number of this, but your IT Dept is the best place to start.
