pearl..camera stuck on screen..what to do??

hello...

I don't know what's happening with my pearl 8130..it's going nuts.
i can't do nothing about it.

the camera mode is comming on by itrself, can't return to the menu, can't make a call, nothing. theres a sign saying 1X on the right corner, i don't know
what that means .. ??

anyways wanted to mention that i did disconnect the battery and reset the phone by putting the battery back.

any help would be appreciated..

The BB’s have the ability to have a convenience key associated with an application. It sounds like the key was wet and may be shorting out causing the application to activate. You can go to options and remove any reference to this key and see if that helps. If the BB was wet this may not be the only problem you will have soon. Last resort is to try a reload of the OS but before that I would delete any apps that you may have added just before this started.

Could also try a battery pull to see if that resets things.
