Deleting Emails on BB 7105t HELP!!!

Is there an eiser way to delete the email off my handheld other than one at a time ??

To delete all emails at once, highlight the date in the email folder, click trackwheel once, select delete prior, click trackwheel, select delete, click trackwheel, and PRESTO!
