Custom Phone Tunes Not Working?...

Anyone have custom tunes set up for people?

I do, and the sound is exactly the same as the current theme... I don't get it!

I do too. All my settings transfered over when I did the device upgarde with BB DM 6.0.

My dedicated ringers are working for me.

Maybe try resetting them.

Odd, from the same person - emails custom tune work, but text tune does not!

I can't be the ONLY one with this issue....

Everything BUT texts works - text messages (no matter what person I pick) the sound ends up being the default profile...

If they are MP3's the phone now classifies them as music not ringtones i had to reset up a few of mine because of that. just had to change it in the contact and select all music then find the file.
