i recently got a bb bold from ebay thru my friend in US , once i receive the phone i discover the hp is suspend , i try to get my friend to look for the seller but he couldn't find , so anyone can help me. it's AT&T Blackberry bold 9000

You cant do anything. Its suspended, thats it.

Lesson learned. Only solution is to return phone and get money back if person is really your friend
