Get desktop manager from blackberry.com and install it on a computer. Connect the blackberry. After you have finished the preliminaries for using desktop manager for the first time, click on applicatons. Check the languages you want to install. Also, while you are there, make sure everything else you want installed is check to be installed, and remove the things you don't want. Then finish.

Read what I wrote. You need to install the languages.

Start desktop manger (version 6). Look over on the left for Applications. Click it. Follow the directions. Desktop manager will install the languages and modify the device software according to what you select and de-select.

If you are using the earlier version of desktop manager, the layout is different, but same concepts. Look for add/remove programs or something like that.

You may need to download the OS first....

Ahh, yes. I was assuming desktop manager would do it over the internet. Maybe not.

By the way, sanfor, do you have a blackberry data plan? Not just mobile data service, but the blackberry-specific data service?

EDIT: Nevermind. I see in one of the other threads that you do not.

Do a search. I guess Hebrew and Arabic are not included in the package you have. I've noticed posts about adding Hebrew and Arabic. I can't point you to the individual posts. All I can say it has been discussed; don't know what's involved.
